We do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, please email sales@kreistlfoods.com, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

For product quality concerns, contact us promptly with your order number, batch number and expiry date.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before returning any items so we can confirm the arrangements.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Singapore law.
