These terms apply to purchases from K’Reistl Foods Pte Ltd

Prices and payment

All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). We are not GST-registered and do not charge GST. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you submit your order.

Payment is made through the PayNow details provided at checkout. Please pay the full order total and include your order number as the payment reference.

Orders and availability

Orders are subject to stock availability. An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your request. Your order is confirmed after we verify payment and availability.

If we cannot fulfil your entire order, we will contact you and refund the full amount paid, including delivery charges. For partially unavailable orders, we will contact you to agree on the arrangements. We will obtain your agreement before substituting any product.

Delivery

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Changes and cancellations

Email sales@kreistlfoods.com promptly with your order number if you need to change or cancel an order. We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated. Changes or cancellations after dispatch may not be possible.

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for damaged, incorrect or defective products and other quality concerns.
